Skipton Information Group acquires Broadsystem

Marketing services and database specialist Broadsystem has been acquired by Skipton Information Group, parent of EuroDirect, Callcredit, GMAP Consulting, Legatio and DecisionMetrics.

The acquisition will serve to strengthen Skipton Information Group's position in the provision of data and database services and credit referencing by complementing the existing group portfolio.

Broadsystem will continue to operate out of its Gerrards Cross head office and Bristol Communications Centre.

Caroline Worboys remains Broadsystem's CEO and will also join the Skipton Information Group board.

DecisionMetrics specialises in advanced analytical projects for the credit risk market, covering credit scoring, affordability assessment, Basel II modelling and scorecard performance monitoring.

It focuses particularly on scorecards that use data from multiple credit bureaux.
