Travel City Direct appoints Blueberry
Wave
UK tour operator Travel City Direct has joined forces with one of the UK's leading providers of data-led marketing solutions - Blueberry Wave.
Blueberry Wave has been appointed to implement a data-driven marketing strategy to enrich their customer insight and CRM targeting initiatives for 2008 This activity includes developing a CRM database to enable TCD to realise the transactional and behavioural potential of their customers
