Carphone Warehouse appoints Blueberry
Wave
Carphone Warehouse, one of the world's leading telecommunications companies, has appointed data company Blueberry Wave to analyse data from its 4.5 million mobile customers in France.
Blueberry Wave's objective is to analyse the recency, frequency and monetary value (RFM) of The Phone House's customers (Carphone Warehouse's brand name in France) so the company can better understand, reduce churn and up-sell to existing customers, as well as use the results for modelling and acquisition purposes Stephen Simpson, Senior Group Direct Marketing Manager at Carphone Warehouse, said: "We have always been very impressed with the approach Blueberry Wave has taken to our data requirements; their expertise and knowledge across all aspects of data, combined with their integral understanding of marketing, has helped us to deliver highly successful retention and new customer acquisition campaigns time and again
