Bezier launches online forum for shoppers
In-store marketing company bezier has created Shoppertherapy, an online forum intended to provide valuable insight into what makes consumers tick.
The forum, at www.shoppertherapy.co.uk, provides an online debate forum for all shoppers to discuss their dislike of jam-packed sales, the joys of bargain hunting, favourite campaigns or times of year, or perhaps why Easter eggs appearing in the shops in February drives them mad.
With an eye to future campaigns and in-store marketing, such opinions are extremely important to retailers, helping them to find out what turns shoppers on and off.
Mark Shaw, chief executive of bezier, said: "At bezier we believe that understanding shopper behaviour in-store is key to the retail and brand industry: to increase our awareness and intelligence of shopper issues, likes and dislikes, we have launched shoppertherapy.co.uk to gather unbiased, honest opinions from consumers.
"To create the most successful in-store campaigns, the focus really needs to be on the shopper and their behaviour, and being able to find out what campaigns really appeal to them.
"Discovering what consumers dislike will be of enormous interest both to us and the brands and retailers who make up our client base.".
