It is the second time BEcause has been voted Agency of the Year, after being named 'Field and Service Marketing Agency of the Year' in 2004, under the company's former identity of LoewyBe.
Last month, BEcause won the much-coveted 'Experiential Agency of the Year' Award at the inaugural Impact Awards, organised by Promotions and Incentives and Marketing magazines.
BEcause beat off stiff competition from five other experiential agencies (The Circle Agency, Clay, CloserTo, RPM and Iris Experience) to lift the title, based on the strength of its work for Pampers, SandN and Innocent Drinks.
The Impact Awards are unique in that they are the only awards to be judged solely by the people who pay for campaigns - client marketers.
Judges included representatives from BSkyB, Procter and Gamble, Honda, Britvic, Telegraph Group, Woolworths and Kellogg UK.
Joss Davidge, Marketing and Business Development Director at BEcause, commented: "We've won a large number of creative awards for our work in the past three years, but these two are among our proudest achievements to date: the GRAMIAs are highly respected in our core grocery sector, and the Impact Awards saw a top panel of clients vote us ahead of all our closest competitors.
"Both awards are a fantastic endorsement of our determination to deliver really outstanding experiential campaigns for our clients".
