Design-led through-the-line marketing agency Avian has hired Andrea Morris as a digital producer as part of the continued expansion of its digital division.

Dundee-based marketing agency Avian is continuing to expand its digital division to cater for its growing roster of digital clients.

Andrea Morris, a graduate from Glasgow University, joins Avian from MediaCom in London where she spent five years developing award-winning brand and media strategies for clients as diverse as Muller Yogurt, Wrigley's and NatWest.

Morris will join a growing number of expat Scots finding a new home in Dundee, following on from the appointment of Frazer Blyth, the ex-general manager of Wheel as Avian's digital account director, Paul Sykes who left Chemistry in London to become business development manager and Fraser Ritchie who left Starcom MediaVest to take on the role of advertising account director.

Morris commented: "This is a step change for me but I know that my client service experience is vital to the role.

I'm looking forward to the challenge of delivering the host of digital projects that Avian has lined up for 2007." Avian's client services director, Scott McCallum, added: "We are delighted to welcome Andrea to the team and she has already made a significant impact on the delivery of our digital programme.

Avian had a hugely successful 2006 and Morris's appointment reflects the growth in digital over the year.

It also demonstrates the quality of the team that we have put together as part of our commitment to deliver fully integrated marketing solutions across all the major channels.".
