Aspectus has announced that it has been appointed by Glenigan to handle the media launch of its web-based Business Market Intelligence service.
The agency will also oversee the launch of the Glenigan Index - a measure of the state of the construction industry, equivalent to the consumer industry's Retail Price Index.
