Standard Life adopts Aprimo Marketing Studio

Aprimo has announced that it has helped Standard Life improve the first-time accuracy rates of its marketing collateral by more than a third and cut marketing process times by 80 per cent.

Producing and reviewing 1,500 pieces of marketing literature a year and 6,000 web pages across 400 different websites, Standard Life faced major challenges managing the volume of work and achieving consistent messages across all marketing materials.

To tackle these issues and to meet industry standards for marketing compliance along with increased profitability and improved efficiency and control in its marketing systems, the company selected Aprimo to help install an improved system for the production of all of its marketing literature.

Standard Life selected the Aprimo Marketing Studio solutions of Project and Workflow, Brand Manager and Campaign Management, which form part of the Aprimo Marketing Studio product.

These measures removed the heavy reliance on manually operated systems that had previously resulted in slow execution, increased spend and greater risk of human error.

Since implementing Aprimo Marketing Studio, Standard Life has seen average time for compliance sign-off reduced by 80 per cent and the number of documents rejected because of inaccuracies cut by 30 per cent.

Using the Aprimo technology, Standard Life has been able to create a unified, consistent and fully auditable marketing process, making it easier to train new staff members, update documents simultaneously and store documents electronically.
