New edition of Marketing Manager's Yearbook
Business contact information provider AP Information Services has launched the 2007 edition of the definitive directory of marketing contacts.
The directory provides information on the business relationships between these companies and their professional corporate advisers.
Useful league tables also illustrate which advisers have the most corporate clients.
The directory contains detailed listings of the most senior level executives from over 4,400 major companies, including 2,400 UK quoted companies trading on the London Stock Exchange, and 2,000 UK unquoted companies.
It also contains information on more than 1,500 companies providing professional services to these companies, including: stockbrokers, financial advisers, auditors, solicitors, insurance advisers, financial PR consultants, registrars, bankers, substantial shareholders, investment trust managers, unit trust and OEIC fund managers, pension fund advisers and consultants.
What's more, this year the pages within Crawford's reflect OFEX's extensive restructuring over the last year and its name change to PLUS - quoted.
A detailed article on the change by Nemone Wynn-Evans - director of business development, PLUS Markets Group, explains these developments: "Plus Markets Group is seeking to reduce transaction cost in the UK market by offering free trade reporting, which is a common revenue source for traditional exchanges." Crawford's is a particularly important resource for business development executives, sales and marketing managers, business libraries, market researchers, fundraising executives as well as senior executives and their corporate advisers.
It allows them to research and identify key corporate directors and decision-makers; analyse and research different UK companies, markets and industries; build and develop successful business partnerships and sales relationships, and again an essential who's who in the City, amongst others.
This year for the first time Crawford's Directory of City Connections also includes an index listing Chairman, Chief Executive, Finance Director and Company Secretary by surname from those major companies, which appear in the directory.
If users need to find which major company an individual is an executive director of, this index quickly provides the answer.
The information in the directory can also be accessed via a subscription based website: www.crawfordsonline.co.uk.
This route provides an alternative method to access this in-depth corporate information.
Jo Philipp, editor of Crawford's Directory of City Connections, says: "For over three decades Crawford's focus on the relationship between each major company and their professional advisers, and the provision of key contact information, has made the directory an indispensable and trustworthy guide for anyone within the corporate marketplace.
"The opportunity to also access the information in the Crawford's Directory online offers a highly versatile and effective way to research the largest UK companies and their professional advisers.".
