Alvern Media drives up HGV campaigns
The Motor Insurers' Bureau is ramping up its autumn promotions by placing its latest campaign across the UK with forecourt media specialist Alvern Media.
The campaign will promote motor vehicle insurance registration The ASKMID campaign from the Motor Insurers' Bureau will appear on 180 nozzles across 30 HGV forecourts nationwide
It will promote the Motor Insurance Database (MID), which holds insurance details of 34 million vehicles, warning drivers that it is the responsibility of the policy holder to ensure company vehicle details are provided for MID, and if they do not appear, the vehicle risks being stopped by police and impounded.
Larraine Riddle, sales and marketing manager at Alvern Media, said: "HGV nozzles are a key touch-point for commercial vehicle drivers, enabling public information campaigns to promote their messages to a very targeted audience when dwell times are up to several minutes".
