Allies Computing is to launch an enhanced version of its Postcoder Batch software.
The address cleaning and validation software will be able to clean and update an improved number of addresses an hour.
The results from Postcoder Batch are checked against the Royal Mail's PAF data to return the correct address.
By de-duplicating address entries to eliminate the risk of multiple mailings, Postcoder Batch helps companies reduce costs, save time and maintain their corporate image.
Postcoder Batch comes with a free licence of Postcoder Pro, the desktop address lookup software, to verify addresses at the point of collection and maintain the database thereafter.
Customers can trial the product for 21 days with no charge, or alternatively can evaluate the results by sending a data sample to Allies Computing for cleaning.
Free technical support is offered from in-house experts for the duration of the free trial and annual licence.
