Insight Group launches CMS website bundle
Insight Group has launched a content-managed website bundle aimed at small businesses that want to manage their website content without paying hidden costs for updates or needing technical knowledge.
The content-managed website (CMS) bundle is also claimed to be suitable for larger companies that want to manage microsites for special campaigns.
The CMS bundle costs GBP1,288 as a one-off payment for a standard website and can also be paid monthly with 12 payments of GBP135 per month.
The price includes a choice of corporate-style designed templates, 12 months' web hosting and an 'active' lead generation form.
Clients provide Insight with their logo and details of any corporate colours and pick from a selection of three website template layouts.
Insight then creates the site and provides the client with an internet address for them to administer the site using a standard browser, where they can enter their own content and upload and insert their own images.
The CMS is browser-based, meaning that the website can be updated from a laptop or PC anywhere in the world, and is specially designed to be used by non-technical users.
It also provides an integrated link to Google Analytics so companies can analyse website traffic.
Insight said it provides training and support.
The bundle is designed on a larger system that enables clients to upgrade their site with additional functionality and features without having to throw away anything they have already created.
Expansion options include integration with Salesforce, e-commerce, links to Twitter and RSS feeds and an extended forms manager.
