Myadbase enhances sales staff matchmaking service
Myadbase is enhancing its successful matchmaking service which finds freelance advertising sales professionals for publishers, media owners and other sellers of advertising space.
There are improvements to the quality and speed of the matchmaking process, and suitable candidates - many of whom work on a commission-only basis - can now usually be found within 48 hours of announcing a position.
Myadbase will also help its advertisers with their copy, optimising their projects' selling points to the freelances.
Since its launch in 2006, Myadbase has generated a sizeable list of high-calibre sales executives with a wide variety of expertise across a range of media formats including web, radio, TV, newspapers and magazines.
The site currently has the largest database of UK and Ireland-based freelance advertising sales people in the world, and receives enquiries daily from publishing companies across all media.
Myadbase informs freelances of the latest project opportunities via email and offers a personalised management suite where they can upload and manage their CVs.
Once an appropriate job comes up, they can then contact the seller directly for more information.
Andrew Long, marketing director of Admedia Solutions, said: "Whether you're a media seller looking for freelance advertising sales personnel or a freelance scouting for a plum ad-sales project, Myadbase can bring you together.
"The service has been a tremendous success so far and feedback suggests there is a rapidly growing market for our expertise".
