Adknowledge Acquires Cubics
Adknowledgehas acquired Cubics, the first online advertising network created to focus on the Facebook developer community.

Adknowledge gives advertisers and publishers the means to target across different media using a common ROI metric and uniting SEM, display and email into one easy-to-use interface, the BidSystem.
"The network is less than a year old and has already grown to over a billion impressions a month.

Recently, Adknowledge completed the acquisition of Mediarun, one of the leading ad networks within the United Kingdom and Australia.
Cubics is the second acquisition for Adknowledge in less than a month.
