Queue management tool gets digital signage option
Nemo-Q has teamed with Acquire to provide an advanced digital signage option for its queue management software.
This combined product provides operators with the ability to entertain and inform customers while they wait, with the information about the queue on the same screen so that customer engagement is enhanced.
The system can be installed in individual locations, or the content can be updated regularly from a central office, keeping the multimedia element changing for repeat customers.
In either case, the units can be remotely supported using a secure connection from a head office for rapid response.
Other features include the ability to change content playlists automatically, based on the average waiting time, call forward messages, linking to slave screens, visible details of hot and current waiting times, and even customisable queuing features for each operator.
The Nemo-Q system can manage single or multiple virtual queues, paper or touch-screen delivery of tickets and provide the operators with statistics of waiting times, transaction times, teller utilisation and other productivity.
Together with the combined digital signage feature by Acquire, it adds customer-centric information and creates a product that matches customer expectations by informing and entertaining them.
Acquire's plug-in-based platform allows rapid interfacing with other applications.
In this case a plug-in was created to integrate Acquire with the Nemo-Q software so that customer call information can be shown on screen at the same time as dynamic media.
