Digital signage used in Digiadvans campaigns

Acquire and SA Screen Media have collaborated on a campaign to promote Canon Cameras' new range of digital SLRs in the Netherlands.

Canon cameras were connected to the large-format screens of the SA Digiadvans allowing members of the public the opportunity to test the products on the high street and see the results immediately on the screens.

Brand ambassadors were also on hand to offer technical advice and demonstrate the features of the cameras to the audience using the cameras connected to the Digiadvans.

Three SA Digiadvans using Acquire digital signage players toured major cities throughout the Netherlands during the month of December.

The interactive features of the Digiadvans, made possible using the Acquire Premier digital signage solution, allowed members of the public to interact with products in a way they would never be able to inside stores.

According to SA Screen Media, retail store owners in the Netherlands reported making sales directly as a result of the Digiadvan demonstrations.
